This sums up what is wanted of the various departments. This is only the first portion of the mission, but we need to complete it in order to move forward. Note. Part of our mission with the ship will reveal it as the Evening Star.

The Evening Star was attacked while on the way from Alteres to Andor, 12 years ago. It's under minimal power, and with the orbit degradation, there is only about 5 to 6 hours to get power to the vessel if there is any chance of salvage. Because of the orbit, attempting to tractor could cause problems with the Exeter becoming too close to pull itself and the Evening Star from the gravity of the Gas Giant.

Engineering - return power and life support to vessel... also perform emergency repairs on the engines
Sciences - Get computers on line so that the sensor logs can be evaluated.
Helm & Nav. - When the computers come backon line... they can use the computer logs to evaluate where the attack took place.
Note: Odd energy readings will be detected, coming from an area other than the known power reactors. Further investigation will locate a secret compartment off the captains quarters where a crytube is located.

Alright folks we are going to move on to the next mission now that the Exeter has reached home space. Our beloved Barlo Solo will be running this mission. Any JPs that currently being worked on should be completed. But we are now going to delve into what happened to the Evening Star.
